This transmits the report of the status of implementing the 12-point "Business Clean Air Partnership."
Point 1 - The Clean Air Stars "Two Star" Program - the September Governing Board agenda will contain the item relating to this point, requesting Board approval of the recommendation regarding the Best Available Control Technology Methodology Report.
Point 8 - Emphasize Cost-Effective New Source Control Technologies - the item relating to this Point has been deferred to the September 8, 1995 Board meeting to accommodate industry's request for a public hearing.
Point 10 - Establish a No-Penalty Amnesty Period for Unpermitted Businesses to Obtain Permits - this August Governing Board agenda contains the recommendation to set a public hearing September 8, 1995, to adopt Proposed Rule 310 - Amnesty for Unpermitted Equipment.
