Status Report Regarding Implementation of Business Clean Air Partnership

This transmits the report of the status of implementing the 12-point "Business Clean Air Partnership."

Point 1 - The Clean Air Stars "One Star" Program - a pilot program was established in mid-June; the next "Business Clean Air Partnership" status report will include a report on certificates issued.

Point 2 - Eliminating Permitting Requirements for Most Small Equipment - this July Governing Board agenda contains the item relating to this Point, requesting Board approval of the Request for Proposals to implement this item.

Point 6 - Establish Home Rule Working Group - this July Governing Board agenda contains the item relating to this Point.

Point 12 - Develop AQMD Customer's Bill of Rights - this July Governing Board agenda contains the item relating to this Point.

THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOUR BOARD
