Synopsis:

The Advisory Council met on Thursday, February 29, 1996, primarily to finalize its White Paper: "The AQMD Beyond the Year 2000." (The Council presented its final white paper to the Governing Board at a special meeting Friday, March 8, 1996.) At the February meeting, the Advisory Council approved its January 25, 1996, meeting minutes, which are attached for your information. The Advisory Council's next meeting is Thursday, April 25, 1996, at 3:30 p.m. in Board Conference Room CC8.
