SYNOPSIS: This report highlights AQMD rulemaking activity for 1995 and beyond. Upcoming public workshops are noted, both in the regular calendar and in a separate list at the end of the report. A VOC RECLAIM update is provided below.

On January 18, 1996, there will be a Board Study Session at which a status report on the key design issues of the program will be discussed. In particular, the following issues will be presented: (1) Allocations and Attainment, (2) Technology Assessment and Rates of Reduction, and (3) Recordkeeping, Reporting and Enforcement. A draft environmental assessment report will be available in mid-January 1996. The proposed VOC program will be considered by the Board on April 26, 1996.
