Attachment - Rule Forecast Report
This month this report is presented as a companion to agenda number 28. Under that agenda item the Board will consider a public hearing to seek EPA approval for the inclusion of the 1994 AQMP and SIP submittal into the State Implementation Plan. This report, as distinguished from agenda item 28, includes all rules proposed for adoption in 1996, not just those that are part of the SIP. The 1996 Rule Forecast Report contains approximately 28 rules which are administrative and a combination of 51 rules and control measures which reduce emissions.
