ARB’s Subvention Program Audit of AQMD for FY 1998-99
SYNOPSIS:
This transmits the fiscal audit of AQMD’s use of subvention money granted under ARB’s Subvention Program. This report states that AQMD has fully qualified for the subvention received in FY 1998-99.

Background
In accordance with generally accepted auditing standards for financial and compliance audits the California Air Resources Board (ARB) has examined the AQMD’s application for subvention funds, the AQMD’s year-end financial report, and the AQMD’s Independent Auditor’s Report for fiscal year 1998-99. In their opinion, the payment of subvention money by the ARB to the AQMD for FY 1998-99 was proper.
