Set Public Hearing on October 19, 2001 to Adopt Proposed
Rule 1634 - Pilot Credit Generation Program for Truck Stops
SYNOPSES:
Proposed Rule 1634 will provide opportunities for generation of NOx MSERCs through a pilot credit generation program. Credits can be generated by providing electric power and pre-conditioned air to trucks while at truck stops within AQMD boundaries in lieu of operating their main propulsion or auxiliary diesel engines. NOx MSERCs generated through this program may be used in RECLAIM. (Review: Stationary Source Committee on August 24, 2001.)
