The proposed Board Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2003 (includes January 2004) is submitted for Board consideration. The Administrative Committee meeting schedule (second Friday of the month) is included for information only.

RESOLUTION NO. 02-

A Resolution of the South Coast Air Quality Management Governing Board setting the time and place of regular meetings.

         WHEREAS, the regular meetings of the South Coast Air Quality Management Governing Board have been established by Resolution in the past, and

         WHEREAS, the Governing Board is establishing the regularly scheduled meetings for Calendar Year 2003.

         NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, effective January, 2003, the regular meetings of the Governing Board shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on the first Friday of each month, except for January and July to avoid conflict with holidays, in the Auditorium at District Headquarters, 21865 E. Copley Dr., Diamond Bar, California.
