Background

Raul Dominguez, Jr., Ph.D., was invited to attend the American Society of Testing & Materials Committee D03 on Gaseous Fuels meeting on June 18-19, 2002, held in Montreal, Canada. This item was inadvertently omitted from presentations at the June 14, 2002, Administrative Committee for approval, as required pursuant to Board and Administrative Committee policy.

This is to notify the Governing Board of out-of-country travel for Raul Dominguez, Jr., Ph.D., representing AQMD at the D03 Committee which was scheduled to discuss a number of methods, guidelines, standard practices, and related issues impacting AQMD rule enforcement and operations at this meeting.
