Attendance

The Legislative Committee met on October 10, 2003. Committee Chair Bea LaPisto-Kirtley was in attendance. Committee Vice-Chair Jane Carney was present via teleconference. Committee Members Michael Antonovich, William Burke and Roy Wilson were present by videoconference. [Attachment 1]

Legislative Lobbyist Interviews

The Legislative Committee conducted interviews for legislative representation in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento, California. After evaluative discussion, the Committee reached consensus on contract recommendations to be forwarded to the Administrative Committee for their consideration and subsequent recommendation to the full Board. For the Committee’s specific recommendations, please refer to Agenda No. 7 and Agenda No. 8 for further information.
