PROPOSAL:

Set Public Hearing May 4, 2007 to Adopt the FY 2007-08 AQMD Budget

SYNOPSIS:

On February 2, 2007, the Board approved a recommended action to set the Public Hearing date to Adopt the FY 2007-08 AQMD Budget for June 1, 2007.  This action is to set the hearing date for May 4, 2007.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Set Public Hearing May 4, 2007 to adopt the FY 2007-08 AQMD Budget and Work Program.

Background

A public workshop to present the AQMD's Budget and Work Program request for FY 2007-08 has been scheduled for April 18, 2007.  The draft Budget and Work Program is expected to be available for public review in early April and ready for Board presentation at the May 4, 2007 meeting.
