| SUBJECT: | Proposed Amended Rule 1309.1 – Priority Reserve |
Proposed Amendments to Rule 1309.1 – Priority Reserve have been agendized for the AQMD Governing Board’s meeting on March 2nd. However, I will be recommending, with the Board Chairman’s concurrence, that the public hearing be continued until June or July 2007. Although the final decision to continue the item rests with the Board, it is likely that the Board will not hear public testimony on the item this Friday.
