- Download VMT template by clicking blue “Download VMT Template” button below. Detailed instructions on filling out the template can be found at: Click here
- Enter all required data (miles to worksite- one way, mode of transportation) into the template and click “Upload File.”
- If errors are encountered, they will be identified below in red. Please make corrections and re-upload file. User may reupload file as many times as necessary until upload is successful.
- If no errors are encountered, gray “Calculate VMT” button will be enabled and turn blue.
- VMT calculations will be displayed in Peak Window Employees and Non-Peak Window Employees tabs, if applicable.
- Save exported excel file from Peak Window VMT by Mode window to your computer to use when completing compliance forms. This tool will not save uploaded data.
Modes of Transportation used in template must exactly match language listed below.
